- Prior to founding S&S Sustainability, Natalia was a co-creator of the first of its kind residential “Green Commitments” program for residents which provided residents with yearly reporting on their environmental wins and footprint reductions through gamifications and a personal report card, as well as for the building as a whole
- Speaker and Presenter at numerous conferences relating to various environmental programming/ program metrics and engaging residents in environmental behaviours (Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association, Co- Operative Housing Federation of Canada and others)
- Certified as a Sustainability (Corporate Social Responsibility) Practitioner accredited by the Centre for Sustainability and Excellence
- Project Management course through the NPO Project Management Training
- Studied Biomimicry at the ISSP International Society of Sustainability Professionals
- Brought in as a subject matter expert in waste diversion in multi-residential buildings and human behaviour for Carleton University’s 4th year Industrial Design Students
- Educated at the University of Western Ontario and Carleton University
